High Torque Low Backlash NMRV Series Aluminum Alloy Worm Wheel Reducer
Description of Worm Gear Speed Reducer: It is used to redcue rotate speed and enhance torque of motor.

Main material of Worm Wheel Reducer:
1. Housing: Aluminum alloy ( frame size:025-090); cast Iron ( frame size: 110-150)
2. Worm: 20 Cr, carbonizing and quenchering, tooth surface hardness is 56-62HRC, keep the carbonized layer thickess be 0.3-0.5mm after accurate grinding.
3. Worm wheel: Wearable stannum bronze
