one. Install pulley on gearbox input shaft as close on the reducer feasible, and mount reducer on driven shaft as shut to bearing as practical. failure to perform this will trigger excess loads inside the input shaft bearings and output bearings and could cause their premature failure.
two. Install motor and wedge belt drive using the belt pull at around 90° for the center line amongst driven and input shafts. this can permit tensioning in the wedge belt drive with all the torque arm which need to ideally be in tension. if output hub runs anti-clockwise. torque arm should be positioned the best.
three. lnstall torque-arm fulcrum on a rigid assistance to ensure 
the torque-arm are going to be at about proper angles towards the center line through the driven shaft and also the torque arm case bolt. make sure there is adequate consider up in the turnbuckle for belt tension adjustment.
