Applies to such fields as chemical industry, pharmacy, metallurgy, construction, foodstuff, environmental protection and light industry etc. It running conditions same as arc gear cylinder worm reductor. But besides advantage of arc gear cylinder worm reducer, it has follow features:
(1) Adjust the general drive ratio quickly, first grade drives by belt, adjust general drive ratio by changing belt wheel diameter.
(2)Increase load beared by making use of V belt, decrease cubage because of amount of belt not more than four.
(3)Worm gear bearing span increase, improve strength beared by output shaft, decrese the whole height by removing middle support step.
(4)Pre-fastening adjustment of drive belt uses spiral nut, operate quickly and simply.
(5)Compact structure and good stability.
