- Reducers of this series adopt two-stage planetary gears for transmission.
- Both sun and planetary gears are made of advanced nickel-chrome steel, whose accuracy reaches at least the sixth level of GB/T10095 after being grinded through carburizing and quenching heat treatment. Inner gear rings’ accuracy reaches seventh level of GB/T10095 after thermal refining.
- Assure the uniform loading of planetary gears by adopting floating components and crowned-teeth coupler.
- Transmission power ≥ 0.96
