Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Please send your design drawings to our email, and let us know your casting demands including (1) material, (2) dimension, (3) surface treatment, (4) tolerance, (5) quantity, (6) packaging.
Q2: How long does it take for new product development cycle?
A: Sampling takes about 15 to 30 days. Bulk takes about 25 to 60 days. It depends on design complexity, surface treatment requirement, and different melting materials daily.
Q3: How do I pay for an order?
A: We advise 50% T/T deposit, and balance to be paid before shipment.
Q4: How do I know about production?
A: We always double confirm your design drawings and ordering requirements. We can send samples to you before mass production. Also we will keep you updated for new progress.
Q5: How do I know about delivery?
A: We will inform you the tracking number once provided by shipping agents. Afterwards we will inform you the shipping status.
