When buying a RV worm gearbox, please note the following:

>You need to consider the following parameters: such as reduction gear ratio and frame size.
>Select the right input power of reducer. It depends on output torque and rotation speed of reducer.
>Select the right model of reducer and combined reduction gear units. It should not exceed 1400 RPM input speed.
>If you need a gearbox with higher input speed, specify the requirements in your order.
>Specify the parameters such as gear teeth clearance and operating conditions when placing your order.
>When you select combined worm gear worm speed reducer and step-less speed variation, the output rotation speed will be better in the middle stage of variable rotation speed limits.
>It is recommended to select a standardized model.
>If you order worm gear of size 110 to 150, you must make mounting positions of the reducer for installing a pressure reducer to avoid oil leakage.
Make sure to mention your order quantity, expected price, and packing requirements, among others.

特徴：
1.RV Worm Gearbox/NMRV Worm Gearbox
2.The RV series, featuring a worm wheel set, is available in two versions NRV (worm reduction unit) and NMRV (mounting with motor).
3.Size (center distance): 25, 30, 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110, 130
4.Power transmitted from 0.06KW to 15KW
5.Extensive range of ratio: ratio of a single-stage reducer is from 5 to 1 until 100 to 1, ratio of a double-stage reducer is up to 5000 to 1
6.It has small gear teeth clearance and low noise. It can be connected to a servo (stepper) motor.
7.Aluminum die-casting alloy case, lightweight, high strength, and distributes heat easily.
8.The teeth of worm gear are made of highly durable copper alloy. But, the worm is made of carbon carburizing (40Cr or 20CrMnTi) steel alloy. The teeth of the worm have been quenched and ground to increase their life.
9.The operation is simple as five sides of the reducer can be used to installation.
10.The cases of frame sizes from 25 to 90 are made of aluminium die. But, the cases of frame sizes from 90 to 150 are made of iron die casting.
11.The wheel axle is made of forged steel casting. However, the teeth of worm gear are made of wear-resisting bronze alloy.
12.Lubricant: synthetic oil (25 to 90) and mineral oil (110 to 150).
13.Bearing: trademark HRB/HRE/NSK
14.The surface of the aluminium alloy case is sprayed with steel pill treatment first, and then spray painted and finally given a baking finish treatment.
15.The colour is blue or silver.
