- Both sun and planetary gears are made of advanced nickel-chrome steel, whose accuracy reaches at least the sixth level ofGB/T10095after being grinded throughcarburizing and quenching heat treatment. Inner gear rings’ accuracy reaches seventh level of GB/T10095 after thermal refining.

- Heat Treatment Report: provide original copy of heat treatment curve/time table.
- Steel Ingot: EAF-LF-VD/ESR. Material Certificate according to En10204-3.1 is requested from ingot supplier.
