Introduction:
This flange separator is suitable for maintenance, overhaul, test and valve replacement applications, using unique materials to meet expansion needs.
The concept of integral separation wedges, no friction, parallel smooth movement, removes the risk of flange damage and separation wedge damage.
The unique interlocking wedge design, the first stage has no bending and no slip risk, and the insertion port requires only 6mm.
Steps for usage:
1. First remove the heightening block attached to both sides of the flange separator.
2. Connect the manual pump high pressure hose and flange separator reliably.
3. Insert the separated flange or other object, close the manual pump relief valve clockwise, and the pressurized handle starts working.
4. Insert the spacer into the separated work, loosen the manual pump relief valve switch, and re-insert the flange separator as close as possible to the backward step when expanding. Close the relief valve switch, pressurize the manual pump, expand again, and cycle.
5. When it is required to be expanded for a large distance, add the block to both sides of the flange separator, fix it with screws, and reinsert it into the expanded work. Repeat the above steps.
Precautions:
1. Try not to force the front end of the step before the expansion. If there are conditions, try to use the back step to force.
2, after an expansion, as long as the distance to reach the block can be used as much as possible after the first step, and so on.
3. Each time the force step is replaced, the support block must be reliably supported and then returned to the flange separator. Repeat the above sequence until the workpiece is separated.
