ELECTRIC WINCH
This winch consists of motor,drum,worm gear reducer,electric control,winch frame,etc.Drum is driven to rotate by motor via worm gear reducer,by controlling local remote control,it can haul in,stop or release wire rope easily.
Preparation before usage
1. Check that the control button position of pull & release is in accordance with the direction of winch.
2. Check that whether the remote & local electric control, emergency stop button can work properly.
3. Check that whether the adjustment of automatic & manual brake is appropriate and the braking is reliable.
4. Check & ensure all mounting bolts are properly & securely bolted.
5. Check that the wire rope is in good condition and it is tightened securely on winch drum.
6. The drum guards on the winch must be in position before any operation to ensure safe operation, and hold the position all the time during winch operation.
Operation and Usage
Winch operation is consisted of two mode, local control cabinet operation, and wire control box operation.
1 Local control cabinet operation
Connected with 440V power, turn on the main power switch (top left),at the same time, make sure motor protector – black switch(bottom right) is pressed down.
2 Wire control box operation
The winch is operated by the buttons on remote wire control box. The control box can be easily operated in either "pull" & "release" direction or emergency stop.
