Medium frequency melting furnace using 200~2500Hz medium frequency power supply for induction heating, power range 20~2500KW, mainly used for carbon steel, alloy steel, special steel smelting and mild heat preservation, and run with the blast furnace.
The whole melting furnace equipment contains medium frequency power supply cabinet, compensation capacitor, furnace body and water cooling cable, reducer. The furnace body comprises a furnace shell, induction coil, lining, tilting gear box is composed of four parts, the furnace shell made of non-magnetic material, the induction coil is a spiral cylinder by a rectangular hollow pipe, pipe cooling water melting. The coil leads to the copper bar and the water-cooled cable connected, close to the lining of the induction coil, composed of quartz sand play solid sintering.
