Install the transmitting sprocket (with belt) on the key drive gear. 2. Install the sprocket nut. The next procedure is based on whether a fresh or used nut is being installed. Obtain Mainshaft Locknut Wrench\/Pilot (BAKER P\/N: Tool-D). Proceed as follows: A. Install pilot on threaded end of mainshaft. B. Slide sleeve of locknut wrench over pilot and onto sprocket nut. C. Tighten sprocket nut to 60 ft-lbs. (81 Nm). As the nut is normally tightened the manage of the sprocket locking program rises to contact the pivot shaft, therefore preventing sprocket\/mainshaft rotation. 5. Scribe a straight brand on the transmission sprocket nut continuing <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ever-power.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/374-Transmission-Sprocket.jpg\" align=\"right\" width=\"243\" style=\"padding:10px;\"\/>the brand over onto the transmission sprocket. For the best match, lockplate can be rotated to several positions and can be put with either side facing sprocket. 7.
