Point 2——Working Environment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

1.Working temperature: -40℃~50℃ (The lubrication should be heated until above 0℃ if work below 0℃)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

2.The working place should be less than 1,000 meters above sea level.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

3.The input rotational speed should not exceed 1800 r\/min. The circumferential speed of the gear should not over 20meter\/s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

4.Suitable for normal-reverse rotation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

5.Without industry limitation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Point 3——Lubricants Selection:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reducer proper viscosity lubricating oil must be added before running, to make the friction between the gears, meeting the high load and impact load and let speed reducer play well on fuctions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong>Put out the lubricants after using 200 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.Rinse<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.Rejoined the new oil to the center<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Note: Oil level should not be too high or too low, otherwise, will increase the working temperature.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n
