* Adapting the modular system and through the scientific caculation, the main structure is minimized in it’s size and weight. Also the standardized uniform components are used in the fabrication. Especially, the fixing foot plates of the upper and lower side are seperated from the housing and supplied when it is needed.
* Simple mounting is possible as motor, reducer and driven machine can be united without a transmission element such as gear coupling with hollow shaft type.
The hollow shaft type worm reducers ensure easy mounting as well as long life with related machines through an excellent alignment.
The reformed design enables you to get on universal mounting.
It is possibly installed with various methods, using the vertical flange, foot plate, torque arm and power lock.
* Through the accumulated technical theory, manufacturing experience for more than 30years and programmed maintenance to the up to date machines, system wide management to the workmanship and the throughout inspection to the materials, we are manufacturing the high precision reducers.
The housing, flanges, covers and foot plates are made of a cast iron(FC20). The worm shaft are all ground after case hardening for high efficiency and long life.
The worm wheels are made of a cased ALBC2 or PBC2 on the cast iron bosses appropriating for the purpose.
